This is our Birthstone Necklace: Round Sapphire, Silver Prong Setting, Adjustable Box Chain.

The pendant features an ethically sourced round 8mm simulated sapphire. Simulated means they're lab made imitations of natural gemstones.

This is the birthstone for September.

It's in a silver prong setting. 

The pendant is on an adjustable box chain. It can be set at 16, 18, and 20in. 

Different chains are available. As are clasp upgrades.

Everything is handmade: hand cut, fabricated, sized, soldered, and finished in my one-woman home studio shop.
